Iz Predgovora: Ovo se II. izdanje "Hrvatske kršćanske terminologija" znatno razlikuje od I. izdanja. Već je na prvi pogled upadna razlika u tome što se u tom izdanju sav materijal prikazuje u jednoj knjizi pod jednim alfabetom, dok su u I. izdanju termini ili podijeljeni u tri skupine, odnosno tri knjige, prema trostrukome glavnom izvoruaše kršćanske terminologije: grči istok, latinski zapas, slavenska sredina. Prema tome su u prvom dijelu I. izdanja bili obrađeni: Hrvatski kršćanski termini grčkoga podrijetla. Taj sam dio prikazao kao doktorsku dizertaciju na Filozofskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Tiskan je u Šibeniku g. 1940. Iza toga sam usporedo obrađivao drugu i treću skupinu. Ratne i poratne prilike rad su znatno usporile. Tako je drudi dio (Hrvatski kršćanski termini latinskog porijekla) tiskan u Makarskoj g. 1964; a treći (Hrvatski kršćanski termini slavenskog porijeka) u Makarskoj g. 1965. Čitava terminologija u II. je izdanju prikazana u jednoj knjizi pod jednim alfabeto. Djelo je time opsežnije od I. izdanja, ali je znalaženje mnogo prikladnije i praktičnije, osobito za one koji dobro ne poznaju grčki na latinski jezik.
