“Kako se pripremiti za kviz”, pitanje je koje mi, iskusni kvizaši, često čujemo od onih koji se tek spremaju ući u tu avanturu. Iako odgovor podrazumijeva dugoročan interes za skupljanjem znanja i informacija, taj je interes ipak moguće potaknuti, ali i, što je još važnije, naučiti razmišljati kvizaški, tj. naučiti predvidjeti što bi se u pitanju moglo tražiti. Zbirke pitanja u tom procesu iznimno su korisne jer ne samo da daju već gotova pitanja nego i čitatelje mogu naučiti kako da i sami napišu dobro kvizno pitanje. No od početka fenomena scene pub-kvizova u Hrvatskoj nedostaje suvremenija zbirka, koja uključuje i pitanja iz popularne kulture, toliko česta na suvremenim kvizovima.
