V avtobiografiji iskreno opisujem spoprijemanje z novim življenjem, dolgo, naporno in včasih nevzdržno pot okrevanja z vsemi bolečinami in težavami, ki jih je kap prinesla. Vendar je prežeta tudi z iskanjem optimizma, smisla v “vse se zgodi z razlogom”. Kljub fizičnim pomanjkljivostim prekipevam od energije, ne manjka mi nasmeha, srčnosti, vztrajnosti, poguma, hvaležnosti. Kljub oviram lahko potuješ, najdeš ljubezen, si srečen. Sicer se kdaj tudi zjočeš, smiliš samemu sebi, sanjaš o “čejih”, se sprašuješ o “zakajjih”, obupuješ ... vzponi in padci - vse to so koščki mozaika moje zgodbe. Po besedah prijateljice Maje sem šele po kapi “normalna”, saj v “prejšnjem življenju” nisem imela prestanka in so mi drugi s težavo sledili. Ironično - saj se sama dojemam kot invalidko in vse prej kot normalno.
