About the Book
Posljednjih je osamnaest mjeseci svoga života Ludwig Wittgenstein pisao bilješke koje su upravitelji njegove baštine tiskom, i to dvojezično - njemačkim originalom i engleskim prijevodom Denisa Paula i G. E. Anscombea - izdali tek 1969. godine pod naslovom Über Gewißheit odnosno On Certainty. To posljednje Wittgensteinovo djelo sada dobivamo u hrvatskom prijevodu Ante Periše. Poticaj su obojici dala dva članka engleskog filozofa G. E. Moorea: prvi je pod naslovom "A Defense of Common Sense" (Obrana zdravog razuma), objavljen godine 1929, a drugi deset godina kasnije pod naslovom "Proof of an External World" (Dokaz izvanjskog svijeta).
