Rusko-hrvatski i hrvatsko-ruski rječnik donosi oko 13.000 ruskih riječi u rusko- hrvatskome te oko 11.000 riječi u hrvatsko-ruskome dijelu. Ponuđeni leksički fond u cijelosti zadovoljava potrebe korisnika koji žele brzo i bez velika truda pronaći jezičnu inačicu da bi uspješno komunicirali. Pri odabiru leksičkih jedinica autorice su birale pretežno suvremene riječi izostavljajući arhaizme, historizme i druge rijetko korištene riječi. Postoje u rječniku i dva priloga: Mali gramatički podsjetnik u kojem se tablično prikazuju nastavci za imeničku, pridjevsku, zamjeničku deklinaciju i deklinaciju brojeva, osnovne konjugacije, tvorba svršenih i nesvršenih glagola i slično, a u drugome je prilogu tablica s vrlo korisnim podacima o nazivima kontinenata, zemalja i stanovnika. Rječnik je namijenjen učenicima osnovnih i srednjih škola u kojima se uči ruski jezik, studentima rusistike, poslovnim ljudima koji surađuju s tvrtkama iz Ruske Federacije, zaposlenima u hotelima, restoranima i ostalim ugostiteljskim i turističkim objektima. Ovaj rječnik ne može zamijeniti velike dvojezične rječnike koji omogućavaju čitanje književnosti, stručnih i znanstvenih tekstova, ali može izvrsno poslužiti onima koji žele uspostaviti komunikaciju u svakodnevnim situacijama, na poslu, putu, u restoranu i slično.
