Slikovnica Stihovita hrvatska priča razbarušena je zbirka veselih i šaljivih rimovanih stihova koji vode čitatelja na maštovito putovanje kroz hrvatska mjesta i gradove, a u kojoj su glavni protagonist pijetlovi, krave, koze, ovce, deve i slonovi, tek tu i tamo moguće je sresti “čovce”. Stihovi iz ove slikovnice prvi su puta javljaju u javnosti i uvjereni smo kako će svojom muzikalnošću zacijelo vrlo brzo steći velik broj poklonika. Ilustracije su izrađene u poznatom Kunčevom stilu u kojem i najmanji detalj nosi svoj komični potencijal. Ninoslav Kunc (Zagreb, 1957.) svestrani je likovni umjetnik. Osim ilustracijom, bavi se crtanjem stripova, karikatura i grafičkim dizajnom. Ilustrirao je više od pedeset knjiga za djecu, ponajviše u poznatim bibliotekama „Vjeverica“ i „Stribor“, te mnoge udžbenike i stručne knjige. za svoj rad dobio je niz priznanja i nagrada, među ostalim i Nagradu Oktavijan za animirani film. Živi i radi u Zagrebu kao samostalni umjetni. U novije vrijeme, osim što ilustrira, Ninoslav Kunc i piše knjige za djecu i odrasle.
