Nevjerna žena najpoznatija je romanca iz najpopularnije zbirke pjesama Federica Garcije Lorke Ciganski romancero. Ukoliko je neki čitatelj ikad i posumnjao u to da slava Lorkine Nevjerne žene ne seže izvan španjolskoga govornog kruga kojem jezikom pripada, Nevjerna žena Luke Paljetka i Ivana Lovrenčića uvjerit će ga u suprotno. U cijelosti dvojezično španjolsko/hrvatsko izdanje (zapadna stranica španjolski, istočna hrvatski) na sedamdesetak stranica posvećeno je Nevjernoj ženi, koja u svom hrvatskom prijevodu Luke Paljetka i španjolskom Lorkinu izvorniku čini srce knjige, a oko njih je isprepleteno pet Lovrenčićevih majstorskih radova nadahnutih pjesmom. Lovrenčićevi crteži samostalno su umjetničko djelo koje, krojeno po vrhunskom verbalnom tijelu romance, naglašava dijelove njegove ljepote. Sklad slike i riječi izniman je, a na višestruku simboliku, kao i na mnogobrojne detalje koji postaju uočljivi tek pomnim promatranjem slika, upozorava vrlo iscrpan tekst Nevjerna žena Ivana Lovrenčića u kojem se ukazuje na sve paralele između pjesničkog i slikarskog rada. Uz taj tekst objavljeni su i Lovrenčićevi krokiji slika te na taj način svjedočimo i o postupku nastanka likovnog djela. Knjigom Nevjerna žena (La casada infiel) odana je počast ljepoti Lorkinih stihova, a ona je ujedno i lijepo sjećanje i hommage Ivanu Lovrenčiću.
