Ian Fraser Kilmister, mnogima poznatiji kao Lemmy iz Motorheada, rođen je na Badnjak 1945. U ranoj mladosti je shvatio da se komadi pale na frajere s gitarom, pa je sukladno tome i odredio svoj životni poziv. Lemmy Kilmister bio je sinonim za notorno pretjerivanje i glasni rock. Pričalo se da bi njegova krv za druge bila smrtna poput otrova. Iako je tek pred kraj života dobio status koji zaslužuje, Lemmy i Motorhead su se tijekom četrdeset buntovničkih godina karijere dokazali kao nepopustljivi osvajači svijeta rocka. Lemmy je autobiografiju White Line Fever pisao u suradnji s priznatom rock novinarkom Janiss Garza i objavio 2002., a ovo nadopunjeno izdanje objavljeno je godinu dana nakon njegove prerane smrti. Osim što donosi dirljivi predgovor Larsa Ulricha iz Metallice, knjiga je postala i zaokružena cjelina jedne posebne rock veličine. Jer Lemmy je… Čovjek gotovo nepristojne pristojnosti. Čovjek čije noge nisu vidjele sunca do 1992. Čovjek koji nije trpio gadove niti folirante. Čovjek koji je obožavao i cijenio žene. Čovjek koji je volio slagati figurice iz Kinder jaja. Čovjek koji je bio sinonim za opaki životni stil i koji je sve druge puštao da žive svoj, bez osude.
