Ovaj bogato ilustrirani priručnik donosi oko 250 izabranih recepata dalmatinske kuhinje, od hladnih predjela do slasnih kolača, u izboru vrsnih kuhara Ante Ivića i Stjepana Dunatova. ANTE IVIĆ rođen je 1934. u Rabu. Ugostiteljsku školu završava u Zagrebu, a na Pedagoškom fakultetu u Rijeci diplomirao je 1982. Kao šef kuhinje radio je u više hotela. U Ugostiteljskoj školi u Opatiji bio je profesor gastronomije više od deset godina, a na Hotelijerskom fakultetu predaje kolegij Organizacija rada - gastronomija. Organizator je i predavač na mnogim seminarima, objavio je veći broj stručnih radova iz gastronomije i dobitnik je mnogih domaćih i međunarodnih priznanja. STJEPAN DUNATOV rođen je 1977. u Zadru. Godine 1994. završava Hotelijersko-turističku i ugostiteljsku školu u Zadru, a nakon školovanja radi kao prvi kuhar ili šef kuhinje u renomiranim hrvatskim restoranima i hotelima (restoran Allegro u hotelu Inter-Continental Zagreb, hoteli Kvarner i Ambasador te Villa Ariston u Opatiji).
