Rezultat je pred nama: savršeno strukturirana knjiga kojoj ni najzločestiji čitač ne može naći niti najmanjeg nedostatka. Knjiga koja, kad dođe pod oko kritičara i ovome ulije nadu da sav taj trud, svo to od samog sebe ukradeno vrijeme uloženo na sustavno čitanje, nije uzalud. Nikola Petković Đurđevićeva strogost "izbora" trebala bi jamčiti ozbiljniji pristup poslu pjesništva, i veći mar prema poetičkoj "uzoritosti" i estetičkoj uspješnosti djela. Cvjetko Milanja Đurđevićeva poezija odavno je upisana u najzanimljivije prinose suvremenoga hrvatskog pjesništva, donekle specifična i izglobljena iz mehanički nametanih "trendova", uvijek je bila obilježena pomno razrađenim poetičkim standardom i gotovo filigranskom izvedbom. Branko Čegec Lirski junak nije uprizoren kao kontemplativna svijest, nego kao radno tijelo koje jezike stvarnosti osjeća na svojoj koži. Otuda proizlazi i motiv boli koja u Đurđevića nije weltschmerz, nego weltmacht te baš u tome političkom smislu treba razumjeti autorovo tematiziranje tijela kao ishodišta stalne društvene borbe.
