V priročniku so zbrani in urejeni konkretni primeri najosnovnejših oblikoslovnih značilnosti slovenskega glagola. Tu najdemo glagolske oblike, ki jih tuji uporabniki ne morejo dobiti v razpoložljivih dvojezičnih slovarjih. V uvodnem teoretičnem delu priročnika so predstavljene oblikoslovne značilnosti glagolov. V drugem delu je seznam več kot 2600 najpogostejših glagolov: vsi so opremljeni z osnovnimi oblikoslovnimi podatki in naglasom, pri vsakem glagolu je zapisana tudi dovršna ali nedovršna oblika. Dodan je seznam glagolov, kjer je najprej izpisana oblika v sedanjiku in šele potem v nedoločniku, sledi mu seznam nepravilnih deležnikov na -l, na koncu pa je izpisanih še 405 najpogostejših glagolov. V vsakem seznamu so nedoločniki prevedeni v nemščino. Priročnik je namenjen predvsem nemško govorečim tujcem, ki se učijo slovenskega jezika.
