Drugo hrvatsko izdanje sadrži dosad neobjavljene transkribirane intervjue o ubojstvima na Bleiburškom polju i britanske zračne fotografije mnoštva izbjeglica u Austriji oko grada Bleiburga i drugih izbjeglica u blizini grada Klagenfurta na Viktrinškom polju, koji su još uvijek malo poznati u Hrvatskoj. Sveobuhvatno strukturirana sveučilišna studija na temelju suvremenih primarnih izvora usredotočuje se na dva bitna pitanja. Prvo, je li se tzv. “završna borba u okruženju” odvijala u Koruškoj na područjima Ferlach/Hollenburg/Viktring i Dravograd/Poljana/Bleiburg, što je rezultiralo vojnim pobjedama jugoslavenske partizanske armije (JA), ili su partizani već počinili ubojstva na austrijskom teritoriju? Drugo, jesu li poslijeratne bitke bile bitke izbjegličkih skupina nakon predaje Wehrmachta (8. svibnja 1945.) s ciljem da dođu do Britanaca ili su te bitke bile velika završnica partizanske vojske (JA)? Kako bi odgovorio na ova pitanja dr. Rulitz je sastavio rekonstrukciju s prethodno neobjavljenim arhivskim izvorima. Ova izvanredna povijesno sveobuhvatna analiza proistekla iz velikog broja različitih primarnih izvora standardno je djelo za znanstvenike, studente i sve zainteresirane za suvremenu europsku povijest.
