"Zbirka konceptualnih zadataka iz fizike" Nikole Poljaka, Filipa Erhardta i Marka Jerčića namijenjena je učenicima, studentima fizike i srodnih studija, ali i nastavnicima i profesorima. Četiri od pet poglavlja ove zbirke pokrivaju gradivo mehanike, elektriciteta i magnetizma, valova i optike te termodinamike, dok peto poglavlje zbirke sadrži zadatke posebnoga tipa (zadaci procjene). Nastava fizike tijekom cijelog obrazovanja predstavlja problem na više razina, jer se od sudionika traži niz vještina kao što su stvaranje modela, znanstveni pristup, predviđanje rezultata pokusa, no i svladavanje numeričkih problema s pomoću matematičkih alata. Stoga se moderan pristup nastavi fizike koristi konceptualnim zadatcima kako bi produbio razumijevanje fizikalnih zakonitosti i pojava. Ova zbirka sadržava zadatke koji od čitatelja očekuju da ispravnim korištenjem koncepata fizike na što potpuniji način objasne fizikalne situacije koje se pred njih stave, tj. zadatke koji ne zahtijevaju puku tehničku provedbu. Mnogi zadaci u ovoj zbirci bez sumnje će potaknuti duge i zanimljive diskusije, a mogu poslužiti i kao tema za manji istraživački projekt, demonstracijski eksperiment ili laboratorijsku vježbu.
